		<description><![CDATA[This is a really interesting idea, and it&#039;s disappointing that it hasn&#039;t received more attention. That having been said, it looks like it didn&#039;t even get that much attention from its original authors. No offense to Mr. Dyke, but I get the impression that Mr. Block did not do most of the writing. This paper is fraught with grammatical errors, awkward transitions and organizational decisions, and poor use of phrasing and diction. These aren&#039;t mistakes that anyone would look down on in a first draft, but many of them really should have at least been picked up at some stage in editing.]]></description>
