This paper is fun if you want to test your own understanding of liberty against descriptions of two non-libertarian societies.
If you are a beginner, read the Ethics of Liberty by Murray Rothbard first so you’re not confused by the false choice presented in the paper.
Both of the “Two Constructions of Libertarianism” strike me as straw men. None of the ideas of voluntary association and contract, tacit and active consent, the diminished rights of minors, government of enumerated powers, as well as a host of others are developed here.
