		<description><![CDATA[Yes, shareholder theory has valuable implications &quot;for society&quot; but isn&#039;t the main issue at hand private property rights?  If I am a co-owner of a business, is it not my right to have a say in who will govern it and how it will be governed?  Stakeholders are admittedly bystanders, as would be someone who is witness to a stranger&#039;s good looks, but this confers no authority to have a say in that stranger&#039;s decisions concerning his or her appearance.]]></description>
